Selling Your Home

Listing a Property? Clear It Out First.

You want the listing photos to land right, but the back bedroom still looks like a storage unit. We get it, things accumulate. Junk Genius works with homeowners, real estate agents, and estate executors across the Twin Cities to clear properties fast. Our estate cleanout service handles everything from single rooms to full houses, furniture and all. Next-day appointments available.

How It Works

Three Steps From Cluttered to Clear

  1. Show us what needs to go.

A few large items, a garage full of stuff, an estate cleanout or a commercial property — show us what you have.

  2. We give you a price.

We look at how much stuff there is and give you an on-site price.

  3. If you like the price, we get started.

We do the lifting, loading and hauling so you can get your space back.

Built one job at a time.

Junk Genius was started by Mike Reimann, an owner-operator and former professional hockey player. For about 15 years, Mike has been building the company one job at a time: fair pricing, clear communication and a better way to handle the things you no longer need.
Mike is still involved in the day-to-day business — on job sites, meeting customers for estimates, answering calls and helping the team. Show us what needs to go. We handle the rest.
