What this covers

This page covers how Junk Genius collects, uses, and protects information you share when you visit our site or request a quote. We're a Minnesota-owned business, and we treat your data the same way we treat your property, with care and without unnecessary handling. If you have questions, you can always reach us directly at (612) 444-5865.

Whether you're booking a garage cleanout, scheduling appliance removal, or just getting a free instant quote at /book-now/, here's exactly what we do, and don't do, with the information you provide.

YOUR DATA

What We Collect and Why

Contact Information

Your name, phone number, and email address, collected when you submit a quote request or book a job. We use this to confirm your appointment and follow up on your service.

Job Details

The address, job type, and any photos you upload with your quote request. This helps us send the right crew with the right truck.

Browser & Device Data

Standard analytics data, pages visited, device type, browser, collected automatically when you use our site. We use this to understand how people find us and improve the experience.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to remember your preferences and track site performance. See our Cookie Policy section below for specifics on what's set and why.

HOW WE USE IT

What We Do With Your Information

We use your information to schedule and complete your junk removal job, communicate with you about your appointment, and occasionally send relevant updates about our services, like seasonal promotions or new service areas. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your contact information with advertisers. If you ask us to remove your information from our records, we will. When you call us at (612) 444-5865 or fill out a quote form on the site, that information goes directly to our team in Minneapolis. You're not reaching a call center, Mike Reimann's crew handles your request directly.

Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Our site uses them for two purposes: functional cookies that keep the site running correctly (like remembering your quote form progress), and analytics cookies that tell us which pages people visit and how long they stay. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so may affect how some parts of the site function, but it won't prevent you from calling us or getting a quote. Most browsers also let you clear existing cookies whenever you like, no permission needed from us. We use Google Analytics to track site performance. That tool operates under Google's own privacy policy, which you can review at google.com/policies/privacy.

YOUR RIGHTS

Access, Corrections, and Removal

If you've submitted a quote request or booked a job with us and want to know what information we have on file, or want it deleted, just reach out. Call (612) 444-5865 or email us and we'll take care of it. We're not a data company; we haul junk. The information we collect exists to make your job go smoothly, and when you're done with us, you should be able to walk away clean. This policy may be updated periodically. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you're good with the updated terms. For context on the full range of services we offer across the Twin Cities, visit our locations page, or check out our blog for guides on everything from seasonal cleanouts to responsible recycling.
